The paper
addresses the issue of legal language and interplay with a global criminal justice
paradigm. The paper examines the difficulty posed in translation of legal
concepts – concepts having different meaning in different legal language and
culture,
and explores ideas of translation leaps,
assumptions and ambiguities.
