© 2016 The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. This chapter examines the pedagogical strategies adopted by faculty teaching in the Master of Arts in Technical Communication and E-Learning program at the University of Limerick, Ireland. These strategies enable students to design and develop global technical communication and e-learning content. By the end of the program, students have participated in virtual team projects with students in the United States and have used a variety of media to write and design localizable content (e.g., brochures, web sites, and e-learning courses, for international audiences. The chapter discusses the literature that informs pedagogical approaches used in this MA program and then outlines the program, its components, and its learning outcomes).
