This study was undertaken during Ireland’s Covid 19 lockdown. It sought to explore the impact of the pandemic on the world of work from an organisational leader perspective. In particular, it sought to understand how the lockdown has impacted (1) leadership priorities and resource plans, (2) workforce skill, learning and development needs, (3) the digital transformation of work and (4) any emerging work dimensions which might inform the future of work.
