Adam Sullivan is a Research Assistant in the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Limerick. Adam completed his PhD in Applied Exercise Physiology from the University of Birmingham in 2023. His research interests revolve around football physiology, adaptation complexity, performance testing, biomechanics and adaptation to sporting demands. Adam has a decade of applied strength & conditioning/sports science experience having worked in G.A.A, International Cricket, Premier League Football and Airtricity League Football.
